Go to Settings > Members & Billing, click Manage plan, then click Cancel plan. You do not need to email support to cancel. Replying to a Stripe payment email will not cancel your subscription.

We offer full refunds within 14 days of payment. Email billing@shortwave.com with your account email address and we'll process it. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you keep access through the end of your billing period.
Go to Settings > Members & Billing, click Manage plan, then scroll to Invoice history. If you've already downgraded to the free plan and can't see the Manage plan button, email billing@shortwave.com and we'll send your invoices directly.

Longer conversations cost more quota because the AI processes the entire chat history with each new message. Start fresh chats frequently and use the Basic intelligence level (which is free) for simple tasks.

No. Shortwave is an AI email client for Gmail. We are not affiliated with ShortsWave, a short-drama streaming app. If you need help with a ShortsWave subscription, see our independent ShortsWave subscription guide.
Make sure your signature is set as the default in Gmail (not just created). Check Settings > General > Signature defaults in Gmail.
