Download Android (beta)

You can download Shortwave's Android app (currently in beta) from the Google Play Store after joining our Google Group.

  1. While logged into the email associated with your Play Store account, go to our Google Group
  2. Click the Join Group button on the top of the page. This is how you're added to the private distribution list
  3. On a device running Android 11 or above, join the beta from the Google Play Store by clicking Become a tester
  4. Download the app and sign in to Shortwave with any account

Having trouble?

Double check you joined the group with the same email address you use in the Play Store and that your device is running Android 11 or newer
