Fully Automate Your Email with Shortwave + Tasklet

When we launched Tasklet in October, we knew there was a gap. Tasklet could automate your email—but only through Gmail's APIs. That meant drafts appeared in Gmail instead of Shortwave. You couldn't manage your Shortwave todos. You couldn't add comments on threads for your team.

In other words, Tasklet couldn't work with the features that make Shortwave great.

We've been hard at work fixing that. Today, we're launching a direct integration between Tasklet and Shortwave—so your automations finally feel native to where you actually work.

What's new

Drafts that appear in Shortwave. This was the big one. When Tasklet drafts a reply, it now shows up right in Shortwave—not buried in Gmail. Review it, tweak it, and send it without ever leaving your inbox.

Manage your Shortwave todos. Tasklet can automatically turn emails into todos, mark them complete, or organize your task list based on what's landing in your inbox. Wake up to a prioritized list instead of a wall of unread messages.

Add comments on threads. Collaborate with your team automatically. Tasklet can add context to threads, flag issues, or drop in relevant information as comments—so your team sees what they need without you lifting a finger.
